I eat here a couple of times a month and have never had an issue. But last night, I went thru the drivethru at 9. All the outside lights were off menu lights were off. I didn’t get my whole order. The fries were reheated hard, and some of them were burnt (they got tossed at home). I ordered a medium beef and cheddar, and it was swimming in cheddar sauce. I will be back, but I guarantee you. I will sit in the drive-through line and thoroughly check my order before I leave.

I waited inside over 20 minutes to get my food. They were pretty busy today. Food came out hot and good. Place could have been a little cleaner a lot of tables needed cleaned off and wiped down.

Food was fresh, hot and staff were friendly and helpful. This location also honors the military– thank you! However… ventilation was poor, A/C was terrible; it was hot and humid. Will the owner of this Arby’s PLEASE fix the ventilation issues; it’s part of your responsibility when owning a restaurant. Hello.

Just went there and spent $70 and the manager came out and said they weren’t taking any more orders until they got caught up. When I asked for sauce she was very rude and never one time did any of the employees say Thank You!!

Eaten there several times before, but today was awful. I don’t know what was wrong with the roast beef, but it was not any good. The wife’s sandwich was good though she had a turkey sandwich.

I always enjoy the roast beef and cheddar. I wish I could still order the extra meat on the onion bun with the cheddar sauce. But it seems like the buns have gotten smaller and the last time I asked for extra meat on my rb and cheddar I was told that yall didn’t do those anymore. I also miss potatoe cakes too. Shame soo much has had to change.

I love Arby’s and the one on kickapoo is Nice after remodel. But the drive thru is horrible. It has a curb on one side and a red railing on the other. Ment for small cars, I drive a 2500 and the curb scratch my tires so much to avoid hitting the railing. Please fix the drivethru.
