Holy Grail
The customer service was horrible!! When me and my friend walked in the place, the lady at the counter caught an attitude because we came in. She was very rude and mean for no reason. She kept saying stuff under her breath as if we did her something. The food was great overall. The 0017 fries were really good. I would come back I just hope she isn’t there.

Came here for lunch with friends on Oct 20 as we were wanting some good wings. The outside and inside isn’t too much to look at but don’t allow for that to deter you from the food! I order the 5 piece combo that comes with the 5 wings (any flavoring), fries, and a drink. The flavoring I choose was lemon pepper and I actually regret it as it wasn’t that tasty to be lemon pepper. The wings were very crispy like I like them but they were also a little small. For the pricing you do get a good deal and I would definitely go back to try one of the wet flavorings.

Coming from Atlanta, I always have low expectations when trying any wing spots because nothing usually compares but this?? The wings were on point! Reminded me of some fried chicken you’d get from your big mama. I tried 0017, Watermelon, Hot w/ Lemon Pepper sprinkles but the one that really did it for me was the Chicken and Waffle. I don’t know what you guys did with that batter but it legit felt like I was biting into chicken and waffles and the syrup was an amazing touch. Will DEFINITELY be back when I’m in town again!

The wings use to be good with flavor but I think they switched up to those fat Tyson wings. They were too big and not small like they used to be. Wing shack still has good small wings that aren’t blown up.

Shout Out to UTPSkip the rapper the chicken wings 5pc with CRISPY crinkle fries and a choice of drank!! Monday thru Thursday. I had the Cajon Ranch wings with crinkle seasoned fries and o watermelon Oprah drank. Basically the Oprah is a jolly rancher coolaid. This space is small but the aunties at the counter are great. Saw Skip outside but didn’t want to bother him. Love the pictures and tshirts they selling too. Great place to eat!!!

The food was good. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from. I got the chicken and waffles and 0017th flavors and they were okay. Not bad but not great. I will try them again and try out the different flavors. I recommend them because nothing was wrong with the meal. It was cooked pretty good and a good texture.

Very long wait, even when using online ordering. The place stays busy which I guess to their credit means they do something good. Overall however, we were underwhelmed – this is largely due to the waiting time and price. The chicken wing combo was over priced-for what we felt were basic wings. And maybe it’s a myth but we didn’t even get the much anticipated slice of watermelon
