You should be legally required to inform people there will be a 10 min wait BEFORE you take their money. People need to start refusing to “pull up.” Also if you are out of it, take the posters down… this isn’t rocket science and somehow you guys make it harder every single day….

It seems like they can’t get a order right.Try to call after I got home and the order wasn’t right,this was around 8PM until 8:30 PM and the phone stayed busy, no a soul inside or outside when I left the place.I guess they take the phone off the hook around closing time.
