We went inside to eat, the bathrooms were disgusting feminine products on the floor next to the toilets, the seat was wet counters were gross. In the dinning area smelled really bad and so did the play area for the kids. I found two black hairs in out food. The guy behind the counter had a full beard without any hair net covering it. Overall super dirty smelly and gross.

The place was filthy and piping hot. The play area was literally 99 degrees and stank like gray water. Never coming back.

Went through Drive Thru on lunch break, about 1pm, ordered #1 No pickles, heavy onion. Got food, went back to work, opened….sandwich looked like it sat all day, burger overcooked, very little veggies, no extra onion, loads of mayo, just gross. If you want $17hr, put some pride in your job.

Chicken sandwich I ordered was absolutely destroyed… The workers were very unorganized took them three minutes just to run my debit card, then passed me back my card and looked at me and said wait have you got your food yet??? He then just walked away… Proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for some very tweaky looking guy acting very twaeked to give me my food… The sandwich sauce was all on the out side of the bun… It may have been at 11pm but dang… Worst experience ever with a BK… Should have listened to my freand and avoided that one…

3/11/23 @ about 1:20pm location #9257. I had a heavy set white lady with dark color hair (I believe) steal some money from me when I placed my order through the drive through. I ordered my food, left and moments later realized that I didn’t recieve all that I ordered. I went back through the drive through, made her aware of the situation. She then at the window said I never ordered what I was missing. However, it wasn’t my actual receipt she gave me so I wasn’t able to verify what she originally charged me. This lady then made me pay again, for what I already paid for.. sent me around front to wait.. and when my food came out, it was completely wrong from what I ordered.. which was less in value then what i paid for the second and first time around. At this point, I’m already super late for my appointments. I have no time to go back in and request my refund or correct order a 3rd time. I absolutely believe this trailer park Tammy, intentionally sent out the wrong food because she was upset that I came back and complained about my missing food.

Time after time, and shame on me for continuing to try, I get a sub standard order. Today for example, and is normal, I ask for no onions, I get onions. The burger is SO CHARED that for all practical purposes it’s burned. The bun is so toasted it is black. Don’t go to the BK by Walmart in Helena MT. You will be disappointed time and time again. I didn’t even get a receipt so I couldn’t call the number and give the specific details about the specific store.
