Went there for lunch on Saturday. Was on waiting list but not for too long. There were 2 of us, we ordered 2 different soup bases. Their hotpot is a big one that can be divided to two sections, no grill. The meat portion is big. Soup is a bit too salty. There’s a sauce bar to create your own. We love the chopped green onions and garlic. There is a large variety of canned drinks self served from the refrigerator. Their ice cream is also self served with 4 different flavors. I like mango and saseme ice cream. For the price we paid, well worth it.

Great All you can eat hot pot! Service was friendly and fast. We went for dinner on a Thursday. It was busy but for two of us we only waited 5 mins. We loved the extra dinner cooked options. Thats pretty rare for hot pot. It was almost like a chinese buffet meets hot pot. Highly recommend. Private karaoke rooms as well.

This place was totally worth the 40 mins drive to check out this awesome hotpot spot in Pacifica! There were many things that helped this review be 5 stars. 1. They had “endless” drinks non and Alcoholic, soup dumplings ,white rice , porridge and an awesome sauce bar with a ton of things to make the perfect dipping sauce. The quality of the food was also great everything was super fresh. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new hotpot spot to check this place out ! Don’t sleep 10/10

Came for lunch on a Saturday. Omg seriously did not expect them to have the best xlb in the bay area. I hate it when other places put ginger w the meat- they don’t! It tastes very good and I am a picky eater. For hotpot, I will say the meat is on the lower quality side thus the cheaper price. Price does include canned drinks and ice cream. Very good deal for $24. A meal these days cost at least 15 w drinks n desert easily 25 bucks! What a hole in the wall !

The restaurant is clean and they maintained the distance between each table. It’s all you can eat hot pot with many kind of base that you can choose, you can add the order any time. We went there to celebrate my son’s birthday, the birthday person doesn’t have to pay. For sure, we will be back.

Very good hot pot in Pacifica with incredible ambiance and interior decoration. The pots with broth are huge, the drinks are plentiful in sodas/ Asian drinks which you can get yourself from the fridge (convenient), and there is an ice-cream bar.

Grand Hot Pot has everything you need and more to throw a party. Fourteen of us reserved a VIP room from 9pm to Midnight that included all you can eat hot pot, all you can drink canned soft drinks and canned Sapporo. We spent $45 per person and considering you get a private karaoke room with all you can eat and drink I think it’s definitely worth it.

Went to SeaPot and it was full so we went here. What a surprise! The foods are delicious. If I craving for hotpot, I will go here from now on. There are plenty of meats, veggies and selections. The drinks are free. On par or even better than SeaPot. And No 2 hours wait! Go go go!!!

Want to eat AYCE hot pot without breaking the bank? IN TIMES OF INFLATION, never heard of. Well, Grand HotPot proves you wrong. It provides low cost with countless amenities including drinks, snacks, and alcoholic beverages. There is just so much to choose, if you just ate the already prepared food, the price is already justified. Now, this so far sounds like a 5, start restaurant but the reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the drinks and meat quality. The meat quality was very fatty, the drinks were kind of mediocre and very filling. If you wanted water, it had a huge unwelcoming flavor that was extremely off putting. In other words, stay away from certain flavors of ice cream, and water. With good service and maintains excellent food quality majority of the time, it’s a well deserved 4 stars!
