Waited 45 minutes for pizza. Kept calm the whole time. No attitude. First pizza came out in 10 mins. Second one never came out and when the lady in the front showed me my “finished” pizzas. They were wrong completely. It’s okay tho. Still got something

Horrible customer service! Young lady doesn’t communicate with customers. I requested for refund she refused to give my money back! We asked for a supervisor she told us there’s no supervisor. Only they can give refunds back! Terrible! I was forced to take a order that wasn’t even my right one! Apparently she did what she wanted and didn’t care! Stay away from this location!

Employees are rude and unprofessional. The restaurant messes my order up and didn’t follow instructions. When asked to recut my pizza, the girl with the bonnet on caught an attitude and they still cut it wrong. Smh, when did customer service of this nature become normal.

Just rachet. When I pulled up some guy was coming out of the employee door with a cigarette hanging out his mouth with a dirty white tee and gym shorts. My husband goes in to get the pizza and the guy with the cig walks back in and lady comes out the back to work the cash register but the dude with the cig gets my pizza out the little warmer with the cig still hanging out his mouth with his dirty azz hands. I wanted to cancel everything but I had already paid and I didn’t feel like even going there with their dirty looking selves. A waste of my time and money. Never again.

I fell in love with Pizza Hut again after 20+ yrs. The Staff is friendly and you don’t wait 1-2 hours for your order. Food was hot and Fresh. Boneless wings where not dried out and the pizza and cheese bread were delicious.
