The veggie Singapore noodles and hot & sour soup are my favorite! Ordered here plenty of times and it’s a hit or miss. Most of the time being good but the last time my noodles were over spiced and dried out & I had a big metal piece of some object in my soup and I felt it when I bit down. Mistakes happen but wow.

We really enjoy the food here. We get the lunch portion that comes with soup and egg rolls or crab puff. We are not a fan of the egg rolls they are more like spring rolls. The wonton soup is good any they use the clear broth unlike others that use the brown broth. Husband got hot and sour soup and enjoyed it. They deliver if you live close so that is nice as well. Would recommend.

Ordered off lunch menu. Prices very good around 8.95 soup, entree and egg roll. Great service, nice people and best extremely clean. Human beef very flavorful, shrimp fried rice was good. Hot and sour soup it the spot.

It appears that North Harbor Bistro is under new management as we have never received the type of bad service we received today. We walked into the restaurant at approximately 2pm. When we walked in there was no one to greet us for over 3 minutes so we just found a seat ourselves. A waitress finally came out of the back by to bring us a menu to our table but she didn’t greet us or even say hello. She just put the menu’s down on the table and she just walked away. We never received any water or any drinks as she never asked what we wanted. We were seated for about 6 minutes when I raised my hand for her to come over to us but she just waived us off. After waiting 10 minutes my wife and I just got up and left. We never placed an order, got an any drinks, or even greeted. Will not be eating here again. There were only 4 other people at the time in the restaurant. We left and went down the street to T. James China Cafe where we had a much better experience.

Absolutely Nothing
I usually order spring rolls, fried noodles, and kung pao chicken and all three are great. The kung pao isn’t too spicy nor mild and the kung pao sauce is great to dip the rolls and the noodles in to. Delivery is fast and cheap if you live nearby plus the food arrives hot. Good food and good service.
