Was the best we’ve had since Covid. Server was very attentive to us having an impatient toddler. Food came out fast. Everything was on point! Delicious! Price was decent. Only complaint is my coffee was very weak. Not much flavor. Even after a fill up from a fresh pot. The rest deserves 5

What a fantastic dinner we had at the Denny’s in Orchard Park. Our waitress Jeni was the bomb. Super friendly and had us in stitches laughing . We most definitely will come back and request her when we eat there. So very pleased

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at Dennys. Our granddaughter’s order was never put in then delivered after we had finished. Charged $9 ala cart for two poached eggs and rye toast. My BLTE sandwich was sloppily put together and not great. Coffee was weak and not hot. No refills offered – had to ask for the one refill received. Avoid this place

Ended up walking out for a second time here. Restaurant wasn’t even at half capacity. I was seated promptly however the sever never came back around to take our order. A table came in after us was seated, had their order taken and food was on its way out before ours was even taken. This is the second time I walked out to the sub par service at this location. I will certainly not be returning after giving this location a second chance. Manager was polite and apologized for the poor service and was professional. If you are looking to dine at a Dennys restaurant in West Seneca I highly recommend you avoid this location and try the one off ridge road, the service there was infinitely better.

We absolutely love coming to this particular Dennys on Sundays, not only because the food is delicious but because our server Elicar brightens our day. She is so outgoing and easy to talk to and always has a smile on her face. We definitely would recommend this place 100%.

Have been to plenty of Denny’s all over. Same food and vibe as you’d normally expect. We had an amazing server though whom my young kids made a point to tell her how nice she was. She seated us, was super kind, was very prompt with requests, all while waiting multiple tables. Very pleasent experience.

Went on a busy Saturday morning and it was AMAZING. The food was great but the customer service was even better. I can’t remember our servers name but I do remember her saying she was Filipino and she deserves some recognition. You can tell she loves her job and wasn’t just being friendly to expect a better tip.

I was in here a couple of weeks ago visiting my girlfriend while she was on shift. She had not taken her 30 minute break yet so she did shortly after I got there. While I was eating talking too her with my friends her manager Randy walks up and starts telling her too get back too work. After telling him she was on her break he still demanded her too finish her work, ON HER STATE MANDATED 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK. There was multiple times where they messed around with my girlfriends schedule causing me too sometimes show up early when she wasn’t working for another couple hours. What was tammy and Randy’s poor excuses? Nothing there was never an excuse just a plain old apology till they did it again. Beyond that Randy’s just a creepy old miserable man, when your told by someone too stop tickling them from behind as a joke and it’s coming from a women they usually mean it. Well Randy doesn’t get that mentality he thinks it means too keep going. Allen who’s apart of HR was contacted, he did nothing. Only reason my girlfriend finally decided too walk out today was cause she had finally found something better.
