I walked in here and this is the nastiest looking Chipotle I’ve been to. I mean it was disgusting. Old food and bags all over the table and nobody was even trying to clean it up. I am sure this is a sanitary violation for a restaurant. They had 6 or 7 people behind the counter but nobody was even trying to clean this place. Where are the managers of this place? How about regonal management? And these peolle get upset if they dont get $15 an hour. They don’t deserve $5 an hour.

I ordered a bowl on the app for pickup with double chicken. The bowl did not have one piece of chicken. First and last time ordering from this chipotle. The restaurant was not busy at all so it’s seems ridiculous that they could completely forget meat on an order with double. Customer service system is terrible as well.

I ordered two burrito bowels. First i asked for tortillas at the bottom of the bowl to be toasted. They employee refused to toast. She placed the tortilla in the toasted for 2 seconds. When asked to be retracted she politely denied. Seconds i asked for very very light beans in which she put a whole spoon on both bowls. This was not the last issues, other employees down the line proceed to put half scoops of every requested side in the bowls. ,Multiple customers behind be had the same issue and were frustrated with the service. This cannot be the standard of chipotle.

By far the NASTIEST chipotle I’ve been too!! Went there for dinner with my son, the place was an absolute mess with items falling out of the trash bin and crumbs all over tables. The worker barely gave me any meat even though I had asked for double. The Staff was not very friendly either, felt like my family and I were not welcome. Definitely my first and LAST time there.

The worst chipotle I have been to. Every time I order online they never give the right portions. I go there literally every day, and some of them even know me. I never write a review, but this is ridiculous. If you go make sure you open it and get the correct portions. Gonna do their survey too.

I ordered food to go. They forgot my chips that I payed for. I get home to only find out that my steak bowl is a fat bowl I want to say that there were probably 4 pieces of full steak in my DOUBLE steak bowl. ALSO: chipotle ur customer service sucks. 🙁

Never coming back here again. The chips were oversalted with salt still sticking to the chips. On top of that I simply asked for rice and cheese in a bowl which should just be a side but I was charged for a vegetarian bowl. Brought up my concern with the cashier and she said it was because I got 2 scoops of rice in the bowl which I NEVER asked for. Place was extremely messy too, very unprofessional.

I ordered a bowl and they give you sooo little food! Do not go here!! They gave me maybe 6 peices of chicken, I asked for lettuce they only gave me 6 pieces of Shredded lettuce. This place is a rip off. I opened up my bowl and half of the bowl is empty!!! Never coming back worst one ever!!! I would give 0 stars but it won’t let me.

Overall the food was good. My only issue was that it was cold by the time I got it home which was only about 15 minutes from when it was made. The employees were very nice though and expedited my food since I was inside waiting for my food to be finished.
