In town visiting from Dallas and really wanted a smoothie, but couldn’t find one so stopping here was a spur of the moment decision. I ordered the Spicy Grilled Chicken Fajita Sub. Although I don’t like how quickly the bread gets soggy (I’m a texture person), it was actually better than I thought! Very flavorful & the right amount of spice! Phenomenal customer service as well.

Everytime I order a sandwich I request wheat bread and everytime I pick it up it’s wrong. Why can’t you all get my order right. Order was taken correctly but was not made correctly. They messed up both sandwiches. I do not eat white bread but I’m forced to hurt my stomach or waste my money. Not acceptable at all…..

I normally would not have given them 2 stars, but I was disappointed with how everything went today. I did not get my tomatoes or lettuce put on my sandwich that I asked for and paid for. But didn’t realize it until I came home to eat. Oh well, things happen sometimes.

I go to Lenny’s a lot but lately the service and quality of the food is terrible!! Yestetday(12-17-22)I ask for an Italian large sub on white, the manager asked what type of bread and I said white again,she told me 17.00 and I said the large has gone up? She said you said you wanted a 15 and I know I didn’t but she dint ask me how did I want it fixed or not, but while fixing it I thought we’ll they must be going to fix it the Lenny’s way,When I got home I had nothing but a dry sandwich. I called her back and told her and she told me I was suppose to tell her what I wanted on the sandwich and I said,”You didn’t ask me.” I wonder why they put cheese on it then, I didn’t ask for cheese either! Usually they ask if you want it the Lenny’s way.Her attitude was so nasty on the phone until I told her she was a very bad manager! It has really changed since new management has taken over. I will not be back there ever again!!Never!!!and everyone I know will know about this!!

Food is always good, but service is terrible. Waiting over 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches- okay it happens- it’s forgivable and we understand. This has now happened 5+ times at this Lenny’s location. This issue should have been addressed long ago and still has not. Time to make some changes. I regularly frequent the Lenny’s in Hernando, as well, that has a building half the size and serves at least twice the volume that the Cleveland location serves with no issues.

Drove from clarksdale ordered 7.5 club and 10 itian ask for both to be topedd lennys way! as always got home both had no toppings club had no bacon. Was only waiting so they wernt busy sad. Guess its back to Oxford. Sorry it took so long but have been back a few times things were alot better every one has a bad day thanks keep up the hard work

The sandwich is not what I ordered, my receipt showed everything I asked for, but that sandwich was horrible. Since new ownership the service is not good. I won’t be eating there anytime soon.
