Wasn’t too thrilled with the manager and employee at the window. I had a reward they were saying wasn’t valid unless online when it clearly stated it could be used at the window. Then came back another day and the employee spoke wrongly to me…same manager was standing behind her and said nothing.

I guess it’s depends on who is working that day. Might get good food might not. First time I went my mom order the orange shake and they had chocolate mixed with . They gave her a new one but I didn’t like the vibe he gave when he took it back. I’ve been back multiple times tho lol

I went through the drive thru with my dad and he ordered but no one ever answered then afterwards someone gonna say some “are you ready to order” so he orders again and no one responds. We pull up and this white girl with red eyes opens the window and says “I couldn’t hear you. ” At this point I’m not that mad but my dad eventually orders and she somehow misses what I ordered so I had to go in and order again. This is my first time in Covington, I go to school in Oregon and I’ve never seen someone so inattentive.
