The food here is so good! Have never had a bad meal. The spicy California rolls are the best! Really good French fries as well. Diverse menu and beer/cider selection. The only recommendation I would have is maybe improving the furniture and ambience. If you’re okay with a dive vibe, then you will love this place. Highly recommend the food!

In the before times, my friends would go to river city drafthouse regularly for trivia on Tuesday nights. Now during the pandemic purgatory,we haven’t been going to trivia here anymore. It was a random Saturday night where we stumbled into this space. We pleasantly found that happy hour lasted from 4-6:30 PM even on a Saturday night. We ordered the fried cheese cubes and some rolls. I got the sweet potato roll. It was a variety of flavors I don’t usually get in a vegetarian roll. I was thankful to recognize that eel sauce is also vegetarian and contains no eels. My partner got the Philadelphia roll and the spicy California roll. They were on the happy hour menu and were both delicious. This was a different experience for us here, but this sushi was legit. Really enjoyed this locale and can’t wait to go back.

The yelped food photos looked great and we were looking to eat before hitting the brewery next door. Walking in, it looks like a dive which is a good sign for us. We sat at the bar and our server was attentive even though he was also taking care of the other tables.

Deliciousness!! Wings, soft shell crab and a Kentucky cheese steak (wings not pictured – eaten too quickly because they are sooooo good. Soft shell not pictured because it wouldn’t load ♀️ ). Great little local spot. Sure to have something to please every palate. Beers and ciders are refreshing! (Blueberry lemonade cider pictured)

I was pretty skeptical when I heard they had sushi but I just had to try it. I went with low expectations but was blown away because their sushi was delicious! Sushi not your thing? Get some egg rolls or fried rice. Not feeling that either? Then go with some typical bar food that’s equally as delicious. Wings either bone-in or boneless are the best in the Highlands. Get the Korean bbq ones! If you’re not feeling food then they have a decent selection of beers (and at least 1 cider) on tap!

What a surprise! We were looking for a place that would satisfy everyone and found this place three blocks from my house. They have wings, burgers, sandwiches, sushi, rice bowls, etc. and a great happy hour. Just at their menu online…you won’t be disappointed. The food was so good. We can’t wait to go back. PS. Their onion rings were really good with real onions in the middle. My favorite.
