We always have a bad experience with the food itself. I decided to try again today thinking maybe we wouldn’t get chicken that was clearly old and been in the warmer all day. I bought a $40 bucket of just chicken, drove the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bucket it smelled like rancid meat. I tried calling 2 times to avoid a 30 minute drive to see what could be done but no answer. Our 2 year old snuck a peice out and ate most of it before we realized it was bad, we are hoping she doesn’t get sick.

The staff was wonderful the lady who took our order I think her name was Nikki was prompt and precise the guy who brought us our food I believe his name was Brandon he was very nice and he was good he even managed to go in and get me some cups for my two liter when I asked them to very very good staff

This store has had their share of problems, but recently they’ve stepped up their game. The food has improved from a year ago. Ive visited two- three times since Christmas 2018 and it’s better. So, kudos to the new manager. They’re hired more competent people…more friendly too. Even repainted, updated the outside of building.

THIS IS THE WORST KFC IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI. I don’t normally complain but this is absolutely the worst! I would give this food to a homeless person for fear they would literally choke on it!! 4th time in a row I can’t chew the Chicken Sandwich nor the fries!! My 1 splurge and KFC MARSHFIELD DID NOT FAIL IN UDDER DISAPOINTMENT!! I LITERALLY TORE MY GUMS ON IT! NOTHING LIKE THE TASTE OF A BLOODY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!

Not only do they not have the lobby open, they cant answer the phone either. The best thing about picking up food to bring home to eat is having to cook sides for it when you get home because they cant get a simple order correct. Then once you cook sides, food is cold. This isnt the first time service has been less than mediocre at this site. Honestly wondering how they stay in business.
