Not even close to taco bell standards, I was at this location around 5pm this evening. And the food made me sick , someone got mad because I asked for no onions. The food tastes like they soaked it in dirty mop water, and after 2 bites I was running to the restroom. I think we all know that I got food poisoning. Why do you hate humans so bad, please do better, I normally love taco bell but now I feel like taco bell let me down.

I ordered through Doordash and I was missing quite a few things.I don’t believe it was Taco bell’s fault because this happens OFTEN with doordash but the convenience as a single parent is needed at times. When I went down there TIRED AND READY for the “rude” I had not one issue! Even Without bringing the entire order (because babies need to eat) Im grateful for them.This is why they get 5 stars! they remade a very large order right before closing and gave me 2 coupons for the inconvenience..they were thoughtful trusting and considerate of my time energy and what I though of them..it doesn’t happen often in these parts of town where I am (lower income or fixed income). I’m proud of our progress thus far slow to grow but GROWING. IF MORE PLACE could find better ways to be kind even if you can’t always do these things it would go far good job TACO BELL #PROUD

I visited this location after my CALV class right down the street. After eating for less than 15 minutes, i was approached by a non-uniform employee. The man had tattoos and ball cap backward very skinny. He told me not to loiter, I asked if he was security, and he replied, ” I work here” extremely aggressive, acting like he wanted to fight me. Clearly, he was trying to start a fight. I informed management, and he acted like it wasn’t an issue.

They don’t always get the orders 100% correct but welcome to food service, mistakes happen. They have fast and friendly service. The workers are always super cool, very real people. We have a TB that’s closer to home but drive a bit extra for this one because it’s always super fast and super friendly. Is your supreme taco missing tomatoes? Sure. But did you get that taco in a matter of minutes from a super nice cashier? Also yes. Pick your battles; missing an ingredient ain’t the hill to die on. You’re at TB for a reason

Went here tonight and ordered, it was slow. Only 1 car in front of me. My food was not put in my bag and I drove all the way home without it (should have checked bag but assumed it was good given the fact I was 1 of 2 cars). When I got home I noticed so I called to ask for my money back on what was missing. The manager on shift was very rude with short dull answers. Telling me just drive back or there’s nothing she can do. I asked if I could give her my order number and she just plain said “no”. I asked why not and she said because she didn’t feel like doing it. I asked for he name and she said she doesn’t give her name out I’m guessing so no one can leave a review on her. On my receipt it says cashier Berlinda B. Very rude and unprofessional. All she had to do was explain to me the issue with returning my money instead of saying she didn’t feel like doing it. I go here all the time and never have issues, I would suggest keeping those whom actually care for their job and not this rude lady. I would put less stars because of this experience but the option is not there.

2:40pm July. 26th My bf ordered our food and another employee thought it would be funny to cut off the previous employee to make him repeat himself over again without an apology and giggles vindictively and whispers as if she’s telling her she got it now. He repeated our order and they both start laughing hysterically at us. We drove off because it seemed like they were being rude and sneaky, we don’t trust it because it’s in a ghetto part of town.

Sat in the drive tru for 15 minutes to be told they are having technical difficulties, so I suggested why not shut the drive tru down instead of having people just sithere, with a real aggressive attitude she responds it just happened and processed with more attitude, ask for the manager she says she is the manager..WOW, her name was Belinda so they said, definitely doesn’t need that mangers position
