Raising Rebornz Daycare
I’ve never experienced such amazing teamwork, as I’ve seen today at Chipotle. The team worked together, even went above and beyond. I ordered a quesadilla and one of my sides, I quickly realized, was too spicy for me. One of the employees overheard and he offered to replace my side with something, and they gave me sour cream. They were so nice and this is the best quesadilla I ever had. If you’re in Harrisburg 10/10 recommend this Chipotle Location. I have a soy allergy and there’s only one thing on the menu with soy in it! Literally! I love chipotle and this location’s employees are incredible!

My husband picked up our order. We live 5 minutes away. My food was cold and the bowl was half full. His bowl weighed almost twice as mine. I tried to call the restaurant and got a recording that told me to go through the help channel. I got another automated chatbot that basically told me “thanks for telling us the problem. Goodbye.” I never talked to a real person. How do you do business like that?

I went for a chicken bowl and veterinarian burrito. Not sure what happened to Chipotle. Food is made very sloppy, tasteless, and prices have gone up. Restaurant looks a bite dirty and you feel rushed to order. Maybe my standards have risen and I’m being too picky. There are certain times when the food is not bad. I’ll go once a month and hopes there is a bounce back.

Ordered on line, went to pick my order up and they didn’t have the ingredients, the manager comes out with an attitude like I did something wrong. The resturant was extremely dirty, trash over flowing, every table dirty, the place needs better managers!

I have Celiac disease and have to follow a gluten free diet. I have been to this Chipotle twice and Driona has been an absolute blessing. The second I said I said I have gluten allergies she immediately changed her gloves and grabbed my stuff from the back! And did it all with a Smile! So if you have allergies please ask for Driona!

I really enjoy Chipotle’s bowls. Unfortunately, they are unbelievably unorganized. I did a pickup order through Grubhub. When I got there, my food was not even close to being ready. I was told it would be started immediately. I came back in 10 minutes later to check on it. I was asked if some adjustments could be made since they ran out of certain things and that my food would be made immediately.

First time I threw out more food than I ate at a Chipotle’s….. It’s rare I would throw out any. Rice was hard, lettuce was like plastic, chicken was grizzly, and then there were hard things. I gave them the 1 star for the reasonable quantity of salad dressing in one container.
