The food was delicious. The place is clean. They have burgers and chicken fingers for those who don’t like Mexican food. The salad was great for something lighter. It’s a nice spot for such a small town. We have one in our group with a gluten allergy. They did not know what was or was not GF, so that was a downer. It’s not fun to go out to eat, not knowing if you will or won’t get sick.

My husband and I showed up at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. We were traveling back to Omaha and very hungry. So glad we passed the cafe in O’Neill Staff/owner was very friendly and accommodating. I eat gluten and dairy free and he had some helpful ideas and I ended up getting a salad without the flour tortilla and had rice instead. No cheese and no sour cream and it was delivered just as ordered. My husband loved his chimichanga! We don’t like really spicy food and it was perfect for us! The corn chips and mild salsa was the perfect added touch when we first sat down. We would highly recommend visiting this restaurant in Neligh or their other locations

This restaurant is going down hill so fast now. Used to be my favorite place to eat. But now the prices get higher while the food portions grow smaller. I’ve watched my favorite meal shrink to almost nothing, and nowhere near what the recipe originally was. Probably won’t order again after tonight. Such a shame.
