When they have a problem with their credit card machine, they made me wait and wait. I asked if I could just go because I was in a hurry. The manager was on the phone. The manager here obviously doesn’t care about customers leaving happy. My frozen coffee was sitting and melting. Obviously $13 bucks today was worth losing a daily customer.

Life is Better with you
Terrible experience with one of the employees, I ordered a small coffee and bacon egg and cheese on bagel with hash browns. I look in my bag to see if everything was in my bag and there was no hash browns. I asked a young lady there that had long nails her name was Mimi she said, she said you can’t see we are busy right now I don’t have time to make your hash browns now. I looked at her perplexed, I was shocked she said that then another person said we will have it in a few minutes sorry. So I got my hash browns after 5 minutes waiting as I was walking the lady Mimi said have a blessed day out loud so everyone can hear her and she kept saying it louder and louder. I went back in and asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I just left this is the type of employees they have now in Dunkin’ Donuts I won’t ever go to that location ever again.

A total disaster! 20 minute wait in line to place an order. Then another 20 minutes waiting for your order which they put on the counter without calling your order number. I had another customer tell me how to go about finding out if my order was ready and then we had to search through all of the drinks on the counter to find my order number! She was waiting on a hot chocolate for over 20 minutes with 3 people behind the counter! Another customer told me that the place is like that constantly but not in those exact words. I would recommend avoiding this location!
