Usually pretty good subs but on our last take out visit I don’t know what happened. Extremely soggy sloppy cheesesteak that was inedible. Tasted terrible. Wrote to them twice and corporate without any response or apology. I would have let it go as one really bad experience over half dozen visits or so, but they just ignored my complaint which clearly indicates they don’t give a damn about customer satisfaction. I will no longer patronize such a business. Plenty of other sub shops in area that have better food at same or better prices. Too bad but they lost these once loyal customers.

I am a very frequent customer at least 2 times a week and man has this location gone down hill. These new workers are very slow and get into little arguments over who’s working the grill. I watched one kid handle/make 4 sandwiches also while touching pen and paper, touching the grill ,counter and getting new condiments. All without changing gloves once. Also havnt seen the manager in a while maybe that’s why things are not the way they used to be. #makejerseymikesgreatagain!

First time to the store. Great, friendly service. Food quality was way below par for the prices. Extremely disappointed. Bread was tasteless and looked uncooked. Insipid! Sheetz subs would have tasted better. We will not getting Jersey Mike’s subs again. Two stars for the service.
