The family had a coupon for a free pizza. Ordered a BBQ chicken bacon papadilla also. The food was ready on time and it was good and hot. The customer order phone number was very nice but took a second to communicate what we needed with the coupon. What I would expect from a big chain pizza restaurant when they are doing what they should.

The customer service was very bad. The woman up front was rude and when I talked to a female manager she was rude as well. The only reason I am coming back and gave it 5 stars was for a west. He was polite and made sure to listen to my complaint. My wife ordered a extra large and he remade it for us when the other managers said to bad and that it was our fault! West made us feel welcome and I honestly left feeling appreciated. His customer service was impeccable.

If I could rate a 0 I would. It’s the supervisor /Rep from papa Ask. They were horrible ! The Rep name Rex was going back in fourth with me about my rewards points. He was very rude and the supervisor she didn’t do any better to accommodate me or nothing she only say I’m sorry, I’m sorry for his disrespect. But never will I order from this place again as much of money I spend there and for me to be called a liar and rudeness. No Never again ! Customer Service sucks here ! U might wanna think before joining that rewards papa they cheat there customer to and on top of that Bad customer service ! Thumbs down
