Do not buy from this place. I recently placed a curbside pick up order on Jan 26 and I had the worst experience. The employees did something to my food after I complained about the wait. An employee came out to my car to update me about the time and after waiting for a while and no pizza I decided to call the store. I was told the pizza was going to be free due to the wait, but they still charged me. When I got home, I noticed that the food looked like it had been messed with. Will never buy from dominos again. I tried to get my money back and the manager was completely rude and just told me to call back.

We used to order pizza frequently at least once a month due to kids and stuff, well tonight was our breaking point, an hour ? For dominos? Yeah no thanks it’s not even quality pizza at this point I’d rather order quality REAL pizza. We used to order dominos cause it was fast for our kids, now ? No thanks I’ll order local. I’m not sure why they have the lobby closed when their employees can’t even wear a mask properly. No more complimentary packets of cheese or crushed red peppers. Oh, and you’ll have to buy napkins at the market because they’ll give you one and a third napkins per pizza. Yup. I ordered three pizzas, asked for napkins, and they gave me four. The boys liked the pizza, but they’ll eat just about anything.

I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks and a 2 liter. Their driver never showed up and when I called them the person on the other end argued with me and hung up on me after yelling at me when I told them I never got my pizza. Turns out the kid that was on the other end was the driver and he took the pizza to the wrong house, I even triple checked the address on my order and it was correct. I called back after being hung up on multiple times and finally got some lady who took my information down so a manager could contact me. I never heard from any manager. As a person who has worked in the pizza industry for 6 years previously, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this particular location is in serious need of a personnel sweep. I haven’t been to any other Domino’s since because of this exchange and will tell everyone I know personally to avoid Domino’s because they will just steal your money and call you a liar.

This location is the absolute best. Everything from the time to deliver, quality, service, and communication is amazing. I’ve been ordering specifically from this location for years and have never had a problem. If there is ever some sort of delay they will call you to inform you about your order. Best Dominos in the Norco/corona area without a doubt!

This location has gone downhill. Last few orders have had MAJOR mistakes (like meat on a vege pizza), take way too longer to deliver (even on week nights), pizza cold when it does arrive and missing items (like whole pizzas, not sauces or something small)! And when they make a mistake, they do nothing to correct it. A free pizza on my next order does nothing to feed my family tonight. Been using this location for 10+ years, but the past 6 months have been horrible! (We were ordering once a month or month and a half. Will be looking for another option now.)

This location is decent enough. It is however the only Domino’s I have ever experienced a charge for red peppers so I never pick them up here. Also my order has been inaccurate at times and the pizzas sometimes come out undercooked but that’s fine because I usually bake them again when I get home anyway. It’s somewhat like McDonald’s they do not offer napkins with your meal either but that could be a training issue and does not reflect Domino’s customer service excellence.
