Order was online for pick up. Picked up Pizza and when I got to destination it was discovered that I didn’t get the extra cheese I ordered. I didn’t get any cheese at all! Also take note of the lack of toppings for a Large Mobster. Shame on me for not checking but more shame on Gambino’s for not being able to follow directions. Everyone, I included, will double check when getting Pizza from Gambino’s. Overall food quality was below average.

Disappointed. I used to love the pizza here. Not so great now. Couldnt place an order on line anymore. The order was right, but what used to be a delicious, buttery, loaded pizza is now dry, the Hawiian had about 2 little peices of pineapple per slice, the crust did not have the buttery flavor and tasted old. In fact both pizzas even smelled old. And then they wanted me to pay a 25% tip on top of an already expensive pizza that I picked up myself? That tasted like that? Sadly, I will not be returning after driving across town for that colossal waste of my hard earned money.

This is the WORST food I’ve ever tried to eat. My Lord it’s like they worked hard to make it horrible! We “tried to eat” a Taco Pizza but the cardboard crust made it impossible.

Always love Gambino’s, but very upset by the clear after thought of toppings on this pizza. Ordered the mobster half without olives and mushrooms. Clearly looks like they added them after they cooked the pizza because i have never seen a pizza from this establishment with topping on top of the cheese. If I wanted Pizza Hut, I would have ordered it from there. Took it back in to ask about it and she said “well my manager made it but maybe he forgot them and then added them after.” Also drove 20 min to pick this up as there isn’t a Gambino’s close to my house so waiting for another wasn’t really on option.

Food was great, puts both Pizza Hut and Domino’s in the area to shame. I ordered a large Meat Cravers and Large Deluxe. Wish I had ordered the Mobster instead of the Deluxe, but I accidentally overlooked it on the menu. Both were still amazing, lots of cheese and lots of toppings.

Ordered a taco pizza, half pound of wings, and a 4 piece garlic bread at 5 o’clock on a Thursday night. The garlic bread was 4 slices of wonder bread with a pinch of mozzarella. The wings were rubbery undercooked and not seasoned at all. Those wings were microwaved. Those wings were not thawed in the microwave and then fried and then seasoned. All of the cooking done to those wings was done by the microwave. No seasoning at all. The pizza itself was a room temperature super stale piece of cardboard that had been sitting on the counter for several days. I’m not exaggerating when I say that this was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Everything we had was absolutely vile. One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to in my life. None of us took a second bite of anything.

I had never tried this particular gambinos before, but it was sounding good. After going online and picking out some pizzas I found out that you could only order over the phone. After ordering I drove 15 minutes to go and get the pizzas. After arriving and getting in my car I realized the order was incorrect. I went back inside, and after talking to one of the workers, they said I would have to wait a little bit while they made my correct order. They took the wrong order from me and made me wait a while longer to make me a new one. No compensation for getting the order wrong was received and the entire process from ordering to sitting down to eat took a whole hour. Ordering online would have fixed the issue, because after looking at the menu again, there are two pizzas with almost the same name.
