It’s great to have live music, but this band it’s way loud, we had to desperately run inside the bar, our ears were suffering! Just awful! For such small patio, no reason to have this enormous loud music! Work in that, please!!! Food is always very good, the service is excellent, and the place is very nice in the patio area.

Quite possibly the best Mexican food in ventura County if not California, rarely does a Mexican restaurant score perfectly for all my Mexican food desires!

The staff was so friendly and we had the kindest waitress. We were seated outside very quickly. The menu was laminated and quickly blew away in the wind. Table spacing was satisfactory as well. The food was phenomenal. The ultimate chicken chimichanga really hit the spot and left me wanting more. It was almost too much for me and I am a big guy. Mexican pizza with shredded beef was unmatched even though it was simply an appetizer. Mondays are for margaritas and this place knows how to do them according to my friends.

Having been in the area for 30 years now, we have always like this place. I liked the one on Westlake Blvd. better but we’re in the middle and went last Tuesday for happy hour. The bar at 230 PM was packed. Havent’ been here in a while and it was a surprise. Looked like mostly regulars and older crowd which is my age group. What I didn’t like was how obnoxious the customers are. Drunk, cursing loudly, and making the experience less than fun. Watching the behaviour tells me most of these people have been 86’d from everywhere else in town. Where else would you see a lady with a 6 year old down 3 beers in 15 minutes and then get into a car to drive home? The food is mediocre and the prices are high. We keep wanting to patronize this establishment but when better Mexican food is just 5 more minutes away, I will scratch this once off the list.

I met up with some colleagues at Cisco’s. The servers were attentive, it was happy hour, and I had a great time. I met a few new people, including the manager. The table aide guacamole is always the “best.” It was Taco Tuesday, so good! Thanks for making my visit another great one!
