This is a locally owned restaurant that has been in business for a long time. The restaurant specializes in Southern-style breakfast and lunch. They don’t serve dinner and they close early in the afternoon. My favorite is their chicken biscuit. The biscuits are made from scratch and the chicken breast filet is large and perfectly seasoned. It’s way better than what you’d get at a fast-food place. The food here is reasonably priced for a local restaurant and the employees are always friendly and they make sure to greet you. The restaurant is very busy in the morning hours and is popular with senior citizens.

I went with a friend for breakfast. It was pretty busy. The cashier seemed to be having problems. Threw the order pad down. Slung it a one point. I ordered after my friend. Scrambled eggs, bacon and bisquit with gravy. My order took a long time. My friend was almost through eating when I finally got mine. I had went back to the counter and just stood there. It seemed like my order had been lost. My eggs were runny and I couldn’t eat them with the white and yellow not done and I ended up with brown gravy. I just wanted anything to eat and leave. It was just awful.

Make sure they have the food you asked for before you give them money. Otherwise they will claim they don’t have the money in the register to give you your money for the item and you will have to select one of their other items as a substitute. They are very polite about stealing your money but they have no problems doing it. Demand they check on what food they have before you order. Also coffee was cold and awful.

I arrived at location @1:47PM and the people had already closed prior to operating hours shutdown time. The were in there cleaning up before closing time@2PM…. I asked what were the hours and one person said they didn’t know and another one said they open @5am to 1:45pm which is a LIE…Very disappointing

REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE ONLY OPEN UNTIL 2:00 P.M., SO GET THERE EARLY! This place is great! They have some of the nicest people working there! Say hey to Dean if he’s there, he’s the sweetest! They specialize in breakfast, but we had lunch! They have good home cooked meals! This time I had meat loaf and my sister stuck with their fantastic fried chicken! Boy was the meatloaf delicious! I’ve been craving good old fashioned meatloaf and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!They only have white meat and it’s delicious! I’ve taken some photos of their menus! They have a lunch special with 1 meat, 2 sides, cornbread or their famous biscuits, peach cobbler and drink (soda, tea) for only $10.99! Great deal!
