What’s the point of hot n ready if they’re gonna make you wait 10-15 minutes for it? Like I went in and asked what was ready and asked for that 1 pizza type that he said he had ready… yet here I am just sitting here wondering why they took my money saying they had stuff done also when did it become $13 for a hot n ready and bread sticks? Some guy asked what my order was and then 2 minutes later brought only the pizza. Like do they do training here? Is there management? It’s hilariously poorly run. Last time I’m ever coming to Little Caesar’s. RIP to a perpetually dying chain.

Anyone who says anything bad about this location is probably entitled, rude, or all of the above, and you can’t change my mind about that… I come to this location on a weekly basis, and the staff is 100% of the time I’m amazing. They get busy guys, so what? Either Order ahead or sit there and wait like everybody else. The staff is always apologetic, understanding, funny, and literally working hard as heck to get everybody’s orders done and make everybody happy, oftentimes going above and beyond to do so. The food is always fresh and hot, and if it’s not for any reason, they wouldn’t be more than willing to fix it immediately. I’m not sure about during the day I suppose, but the night shift is one-hundred-percent amazing and probably deserve raises for what they have to deal with sometimes. My wife considers Little Caesar’s my guilty pleasure. I know it’s not great but it’s like getting a hot dog from a street vendor; sometimes you have to. This location was not terrible but was disappointing, even for Little Caesar’s.

Ordered 2 extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and received 2 pizzas with barely any pepperoni. Called the store and had to deal with the rudest employee and did unless your bringing them here right now to show me I don’t believe you. Worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to will never return here

I ordered a pizza and drink at the lee road location today and I came at 9:30 to the store being locked and no one inside. Why is this location closed 30 minutes early and why would they let me do a pickup order if they are closed??? I want a refund and something to be done about this please!

I ordered a thin supreme pizza it was a little burnt, However, the pepperoni pizza was Horrible, the worst one ever, the bread was so rubbery and there was barely any sauce on the pizza at all. This pizza is going in the trash. Waste of $25. I will be sticking with Papa John’s. It is now storming so I am not going to drive to get a refund. Just a loss!

Terrible Little Caesar’s location! Went there for the T-Mobile deal. I made an account online with no problem. Went to add my credit card it won’t register. I know it’s good. I try a different credit card same problem. It says to call store. Call their phone automatically goes to voicemail. Guess what…their voicemail is full. That way they don’t have to answer their phones. I go there in person tell them the credit cards won’t register. Lady says yeah it happens & takes my order. I give her my order & price is wrong because the codes not put in. I tell her it’s a T-Mobile deal. Manager says it has to be done online there’s nothing he can do. I tell him my credit cards won’t register. He looks at me & says, “guess we’re at a stalemate” & walks off. Wow, very rude! Go to leave then decide to DL the app. Bam!!!!!!!!! Funny, everything works like a charm when apps DL. Why didn’t they just say you need the app from the beginning? Always a hassle there.
