I am giving this Chipotle a 4. Only because I am going off of my experience for this visit. I usually go to this location, and I prefer this location to the others nearby. The food was good a 5. Now, here is where the 3 comes in the services on this visit sucked. It’s usually cowardly, so that was normal. The young man seemed overwhelmed. He was the only one working the line. Besides, the young man working the cash register. They had 3 people, I am assuming, doing the pick up/call in orders. Which didn’t make sense. Here’s the 2nd 3 for the young man working the cash register who wasn’t friendly. The 3rd 3 is for the inside, being dirty with food and trash on the floor. Trash bins needed to be emptied. I was really shocked. I’ve never seen this location so messy. I am going to chalk this visit up to them being overwhelmed and just one of those days. Hopefully, my next visit will be better, and they will be back to providing great customer service and a clean establishment .

Went into Chipotle on 5/10/2023, to find a group of teenagers messing around, messing peoples orders up. Does this location have a supervisor or manager because these “kids” were just walking back and forth with a long line and wait time acting like they have no clue how to do their job. Literally what is going on? Can definitely improve on thr professionalism if you’re serving someones meal in front of them and keep in mind we can hear your goofy conversations with your coworkers. Not to mention the rest of the customers had such a confused expression on their face as towards what was going on with these employees.

Lower entree price than most fast casual restaurants. However, the meat portions are sooo small. Do you want to have to say “Can you please add more meat?” It’s awkward to say the least. Just standardize it, and we can see the true value, if any. As long as it’s as subjective as the person adding the meat, the value proposition is not there. If you are friends with the counter guy, then I’m sure it will be a blast. Meat tastes great, though. Hence, still a solid there stars.

Horrible! I should have left the minute we walked in and seen the girl trying to pry the old crusted flour tortillas from each other. 6 pieces of my steak meat were 100% fat. Meal was cold. Absolute worst place I’ve had in a really long time. There were no sauces, cilantro, tomatos, onions nothing.

I walked in and saw this group of workers in the back smiling and laughing right over the food. One of the workers was on his phone changing the music I think and right after put his dirty hands in the chicken. Just moving it around and putting it in the container. No gloves. Just disgusting! Chipotle do better! That guy should be fired. And never hired anywhere else again.

Stingy with my Dinero. Smallest portions of ANY Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’d chalk it up to a fluke, but this is the 2nd time this location has done me dirty like this. Guess I’ll have to go to a different location if this one is going to make me pay for portions that don’t fill my bowl.

Had an appetite for a salad with all the ingredients, and to my disappointment as I was having them make my salad when it came to my corn they didn’t have any.
