We ordered via the app as we were driving there about 20 minutes away. Five stars for the app. Pick up was easy. Five stars for pickup. Now comes the problem… the quality of the pizza.. we ordered extra sausage and you could barely see any sausage, the other toppings were also extremely sparse. The pizza was rather spicy, too much for my taste. We each ate a quarter of it and that was it. The goal of pizza is to get the Quality Pizza. In the end it doesn’t matter how good the service is, what really counts is how good the pizza is! And unfortunately, that gets one star.

we ordered during the week and pizza was terrible. I ordered thin crust and it was soggy. Really disappointed. I love to order wings and have ordered a dozen times since we arrived to area but don’t anymore because 50% time they are undercooked.

My food was delivered to the wrong address and the when I called the manger yelled at me and blamed the me for the it being delivered to the wrong place. The driver took an extra tip aswell without me signing anything.

Not the first time I have waited over an hour for my order to get “put in the oven”… Order pizza and want it cut in squares, never happens. Quality of food is good, just wish it was a little quicker than it should be. Ordered because I needed a decently quick meal, should have just flown to Mexico for tacos… would have been back before my order arrived.

I ordered a pizza for pickup over an hour in advance. When I got there, they gave me my order right away but, when I got home, it was the wrong pizza. Literally nothing about the pizza was right other than dough, sauce & cheese. I called them, they put me on hold and never came back TWICE. The 3rd time I finally got through and they apologized and offered to remake it but, when I told them that at this point my sick daughter had gone to bed so I couldn’t leave and would need it delivered, they said it would be over 2 hours! Absolutely ridiculous!

I live 175 yards up the street and ordered a delivery and called the store as I forgot to order hot pepper flakes and they put me on hold for eight minutes. Still haven’t gotten my delivery yet? This is happened so many times before I rarely call to order there. Just a terrible experience all round, very poor management and ownership! I’ve lived in town for my entire life and I plan on passing the info on to everyone I know! I’ve never been compensated for my poor experiences I received an email back with an apology.
