I placed an order online at 9am for pick up at 1245. I got there at 1:05pm only to be told my order was not ready ! What ! There is a reason I place an order online, EARLIER ! Horrible place. No one working at the front, the drive thru was out of service.. just everything about this place, Bad ! Go somewhere else !

Gave the cashier 15$ and he tried to only give me back $1.03 when it should have been $4.53 back, I ordered 2 pizza and bread sticks and he tried to hand me only a single pizza. Didn’t seem like he was sober. Pizza tasted old and breadsticks just weren’t good at all, location is okay close to my house but won’t be going back.

Drive thru was not working..yet app said it was and even told me to pick up in drive thru. I had to walk in to get order. The girl at the counter could not find my order and confused it with someone else even though I gave her my order number and name. Then I was told it was probably a different store. This was not the case. Once they figured out my order the food was overcooked and old. Cheesesticks were rock hard. Soda was warm. Worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. The customer service was not good at all here. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Always good food and never usually wait longer than 15-20 mins. Their drive thru menu thing is broken so you have to order at the window and they send you to the parking lot to wait so sometimes the parking lot can get pretty crowded. Also there is a big pothole in the parking lot but I’m not sure if that’s specificlly on them to fix or not but either way it’s annoying. I recommend ordering online for pickup so you don’t have to wait in the lot.

Staff was very rude and slow there. There wasn’t very many customers when I was there either. The store seems to lack management and is ran by a bunch of teenagers. It was very dirty also.quality of food was low too. Got pizza that was sitting there for a while. Will not be going back and also wish the owner would hire more staff that has customer based qualities.

Service sucks! Their drive through is never working. They never have your order ready. The food is hard or over cooked. Half the time the employees are just talking and messing around among themselves. Don’t understand how this location is open with how horrible the service, food and up keep of the building is.

As others others have said , when the drive thru isn’t open they don’t take the initiative to block it off with a cone , they don’t even let customers who are waiting know, when you order via phone or online they never get the orders correct , some times always missing or they just plain give you some one else’s order, very very unprofessional, they need to hire some responsible adults here.
