Ordered from this place before and had a bad experience, which I figured was a fluke or an off night so I gave them a 2nd try.They used doordash to deliver the food, which I thought was strange and possibly counterintuitive when it comes to communication and accountability.When he got here, a part of my order was missing. The doordasher dismissed it pretty quickly which left me calling the store and being put on hold for a half hour. They did issue me a credit (which I probably will never use, especially from this store). When it came time to actually eat what we did receive, the pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box and ripped into pieces upon trying to scrape it off with a spatula. Just awful, and I really don’t expect much from Pizza Hut.

Last two times I’ve ordered from here it has not been right. I always order a large and today I received a medium with the wrong toppings. My last order I paid for 16 buffalo wings and received bbq. I will not order from this location again.

High end customer service is a dying experience, and while it seems silly to call a Pizza Hut “high end”, this one deserves it. This location was stellar in how they treated me when picking up my order; fast, polite, and even added free breadsticks because they dropped the first ones. Congrats to this team and the manager for great customer service is hard to find a t most local pizza joints.

Ordered pizza and pasta. Two hours later, we still haven’t received our food. Every time we called to check in, we were forwarded to the store fulfilling our order and would wait on hold for 15 minutes only to be disconnected (did this 4 or 5 times). Eventually ordered Dominos and received our food within half an hour and no issues. Sincerely, hungry travellers at Comfort Inn Hotel

Placed an order for one large pizza, it was supposed to be ready in 35 mins. I went after an hour to pick it up. Paid for the order and then was told to wait because they could not find my order. I was told to wait for few mins. I told them I will be back. I went there after doing another errand. I was given two mediums instead of one large because they were out of Large crust. And the order wasn’t made how I asked for. Like others said, don’t waste your time and money with them.

Ordered Uber eats and didn’t get all of my order. I’m working can’t go get it myself and ordering Uber eats is already expensive with the huge upcharge for every item. Won’t be using this location again. I’ll stick to Papa johns.

I order from Pizza Hut almost every weekend in the past until one weekend I ordered a large order, but never received my order. Pizza Hut did not offer to replace my order and the manager suggested that I dispute the charge with my bank. Customer service gave me a store credit that I can’t use unless I go inside the store to place my order with a wait time of 1 hour. The worst service!
