Shout out to the crew that was working tonight around 7:30 pm, I had a couple of requests and they got my order correct! The customer service experience was courteous from start to finish from the young lady to the taking the order to the cooks! Only issue I had was the fountain drinks, they tasted watery and not like a coke or a dr. Pepper.

This is the absolute worst burger king in New York. Every single time I’ve ever gone here they get every single part of my order completely wrong. Order double cheeseburgers and I get singles but get charged for doubles. Order spicy chicken sandwich with no sauce. I get regular chicken with sauce.. the whole staff needs to be fired and get some people who actually wanna do a good job. I work in a super busy kitchen and I get every Order right, every time and I can’t go get some quick food without it being completely wrong. Avoid this disastrous location at all costs. Because it will cost you more than what you get in the end.

I ordered the Whopper and fries, the food was good, and it was hot. But the Whopper never looks like the one they show in the photo. The restaurant was very dirty. I had to eat out in the car anyway because of covid-19, so the dirt didn’t jump up on me. While I ate.The taste of the fries and the Whopper were very satisfactory.

Okay, so I actually like BK for its fries. I think they are WAY better then the competitors. But we (myself, my husband, and my father) decided to try the impossible whopper yesterday. We were all pleasantly surprised. It tasted just like the real deal. (I’m not a vegetarian or vegan, I just wanted to try it out.) I think it’s great because it gives more options for people who are vegetarians. It just depends on how strict they are and if they mind buying from a fast food burger chain. Anyway, like I said, ours were delicious and I was feeling too full to even eat my fries after eating almost a whole impossible whopper so my 5 year old happily ate those all when she got home from school. The location was clean and not too crowded. We got lots of questions from people about the burger wondering if It was good.

There is a man in the drive thru, older man with gray hair, he’s awesome! Otherwise, my 1 star is simply because I swear BK has not changed their soda machine refills since before Covid! Cold, slightly tasty water is what I get! Terrible! BK has seriously placed their bet on cutting corners on the wrong item.

When we were done with shopping at Walmart and the thrift store but it was too far in time and distance to dinner but we needed a pick-me-up, my beautiful and smart girlfriend suggested we pop in for some beesechurgers at the local BK. She loves to sing the have it your way song, BTW. So cute . Anyhow…. we got the burgers and a coke and sat in the car ate the churgers and made small talk with each other while we ate the burgs. Then we went home happy and made a curry with ground turkey and potatoes and tomatoes, say that 5 times fast.

This is a perfectly good Burger King. The quality is okay, we’ve never had a messed up order, and when dining in, the place has been clean and orderly. The staff have been pleasant and nice, but the food is simply Burger King standard, nothing special. Some part of me feels like the food was better pre-COVID, but maybe I just stopped eating it on a regular basis and am only noticing the real taste compared to other home-cooked foods.

They no longer carry the jalapeno poppers. So if that’s what you want, you’ll be disappointed! Other than that the food was delicious and the drive thru was speedy (unlike some food chains where you are in the drive thru longer than it takes to order, freshly prepare your food, have door dash deliver it, eat it, digest, and be ready to eat again)
