Had a 20$ order and went into the store to pay with cash. Was greeted by a sign that said no bills larger than a 20$. I had a 50$ from the ATM, if legal tender is no longer a valid form of payment then state you’re cash only. Well I hope they liked the cheese pizza because I couldn’t pay for it at this point. I didn’t bring anything but cash with me…lol

I ordered two large pizzas, one was to have tomatoes & onion, and the other pepperoni. Both pizzas with tip costs a little under $40. When I got home, I counted ten small pieces of tomato and barely any onion. The young lady who was cashier was clearly hating her job, did not have a sense of urgency at all, and seemed to be deliberately slow; maybe my need for urgency upset her? IDK? Next time, I’ll wait to tip after receiving the product and service, and not at a Papa John’s. For the price I paid, I am really disappointed in the service and product.

I am giving 5 stars for the absolutely fresh and delicious pizza I ordered and did carry out around 11pm last night. I also love the fact that they cater to vegetarians, they use vegetarian-friendly cheese. My only criticism would be the guy taking my order last night, had a bit of an attitude but I will assume it was due to late night. First time having Papa John’s and loved it! Thank you!

Tried to order a medium pizza for my family of two and was told that they were out of medium pizzas.Wait say what? How does a pizza joint run out of pizza crust? So I said then I should be able to get a large for the price of a medium…. I asked to speak to a manager and Shantal gets on the phone as the manager refusing to provide a solution she says I can order a smaller large pizza at the promotional price. I don’t want two pizzas, I only wanted one! So I asked for Shsntal’s manager’s number and corporate and she tells me she doesn’t know the numbers and I can go online. What the heck? Your a manager and that’s how you respond? I am usually a Pizza Hut customer and ventured to try Papa John’s , never again. Poor customer service. Poor management .

Got the Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, tried to stomach a couple slices, ended up throwing it away. Cheese has no flavor, sauce tastes like ketchup, and the dough was so soggy. Lesson learned I guess.
