The service is awesome at this place! No denying that , the atmosphere and vibe is really nice. They need just a bit more A/C in dining area. Food was not that great. It looked like nice but the taste was so plain and bland like the food I make at home taste way better. The Texas burger was not that great it was okay my son said. The chicken and waffles my daughter did not like the whiskey tasting syrup. So she didn’t eat it cuz she had already poured it all around it. I had the patty melt with their famous tator salad.The patty melt same as my son just bland no flavor on it the beef patty was nice but 0 flavor. All I can taste was the sautéed onions. One thing we did love was the giant pretzel as the appetizer and their tator salad. For the kind of money we spent in this place , I rather cook at home.

SO love this place. The food is delicious! Want a pretzel the size of your head? Seriously… try it. Flaming jalapeño popper dip if you (literally) like to light up your meal. The burgers are big and tasty, they have a good beer and cocktail selection, as well.

We been following the progress to opening and we’re not disappointed with our first visit. We showed up late afternoon on Friday for a couple of beers and appies. The jalapeño popper dip was hot, spicy, creamy and delicious. The nana bread for dipping was excellent. Beers were good and loved chatting with the owner. I think the bar tender could be a little more friendly and pleasant but maybe she was having a bad day. We enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back.

This place near Royse City is hands down the best spot to visit! The atmosphere is fun and lively, the customer service is excellent, and the food is absolutely fantastic. They have a large menu selection that caters to every taste and preference.

My wife and I just finished lunch and we had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was welcoming and our server was great. My wife had the grilled steak vegetable bowl and I had the brisket sandwich. Both were delicious! Royse City definitely needs restaurants like this one and I hope the community supports the owners. Please go there and you will not be disappointed!

Great place! Food was amazing, everything was fresh down to the tomato on the burger. Fries were on point, seasoned properly and all around a great burger and fry. The thing that impressed me the most was the owners were on site and greeting each and every customer ensuring quality control and making sure the experience was amazing! Friendly staff (and owners) fair pricing and just a great all around place! We will definitely be coming back.

Anvil Crew….thank you so much for invading Royse City. Wife, son, and I loved that you transformed the old fire station into a brewery/restaurant. This is my third trip in. IPA was spectacular. Reuben Mac n’ Cheese, fantastic but I didn’t no those two things go together so deliciously. I know you’re grand opening is 4th of July and you are open that day. I’m sure you have learned a lot from soft opening and I hope you all stick around forever. Cheers!
