Ordered a couple of sandwiches for delivery. One was missing key normally included ingredients upon arrival (no extras added). Called and told the individual on the phone. I did not ask for anything, but was told “we can’t remake it. We’ll give you a $1 store credit”. A dollar? I’m not sure what I was looking for, but a dollar of store credit, that I will likely never use now, missed the mark bigtime. It was edible, but not what I ordered. Less freaky fast, and more freaky accurate, please.

Placed our order for Delivery at noon, it wasn’t delivered until 1:30. My husband couldn’t eat his #5 because it was completely soaked through with the vinegar and oil! CG used to be a great JJ location, we’ve ordered from them for years, now the last two times we’ve ordered we’ve had to wait over an hour for our delivery. I guess it’s time to take the “Freaky Fast” out of your advertising. Was understand if you’re having staffing problems, then maybe don’t offer delivery if you can’t follow through. Unfortunately this will be the last time we order from the CG store.

Nick the new store manager is VERY rude and disrespectful! Worst manager they have ever had at this location! He is not willing to have a conversation with you. Our company has been doing business with the Cottage Grove Jimmy John’s location for 8+ years and now he is refusing to do a large catering order! Until they get a new manager in we will have hundreds of people avoid this store location!

Update! I just gave it another chance and the food was great and fast! Way to change things around!!! At an hour and 15 minutes I called to cancel. They put me on hold for over 6 minutes so I hung up. Not the first time but the last for me.
