I went today for a small order, I received my order via drive through, I get home to realize the potpie for my elderly, bedridden grandma wasn’t in there, so I called and got a simple “yeah come pick it up anytime” which was fine, however my food was cold by the time I got back, Erica the manager refused to replace it even though it was untouched. I feel as if this was their mistake and they should’ve corrected it. My business is lost. Poor management on her part. My chicken sandwich tasted of old grease and was colder than ice, and I’m out of a couple gallons of gas. Gross.

We were there opening day, they were so organized and customer service so gracious. They had someone directing traffic and another in the drive-thru making sure customers were being taken care of. Their food was excellent and they got our orders perfect both times. Tonight was our second trip and it was as delicious tonight as the first night. Their employees are so sweet. Definitely worth the 15 minute trip!!

I was originally excited to learn that there was going to be a KFC in our area, then after actually dining at this KFC I was thrilled that they surpassed my expectations. Not only is the food always amazing, best fries in the world by the way, but also the customer service is the best. The workers are truly kind and caring, especially the people I had the privilege of speaking with, a wonderful woman named Erica and a delightfully helpful man named Mikey, you guys are awesome! I couldn’t have asked for anything better by way of customer service and customer care. I thank you all for making amazing food and being awesome workers!!! Love this KFC

The reason Kentucky fried chicken will not stay in businesses sad to say in this area is do to bad management. I couldn’t wait for the new KFC to open saying finally we have one back ! but when I ordered my first bucket of chicken with sides here is what I got tough chicken and hard biscuit’s and the mashed potatoes was thin. The chicken tasted like it was left over from the day before. To give them the benefit of the doubt I waisted my money again and got a three piece dinner it was the very same thing. I will never order another meal from this KFC again and I can’t help but notice every time I drive by there I don’t see anyone at the window or in their parking lot either. So it isn’t looking good for the new KFC!!! So Sad

Our church had food catered here yesterday 11-07-2021 and it was amazing the food was delicious our order was over 400.00 dollars and everything thing was packaged amazingly and service was amazing several young men cared the food to my van and made sure it was place neatly and fixed so wouldn’t spill these young men was so polite and friendly.I would recommend if you need food catered to place your order here
