The Drive Thru is horrible I repeated my order three times.. two people working the voice and register.. lost! it was so bad that I got back in line reorder did not ask for a refund and it was STILL WRONG.. as a business owner and as a former TCB employee .. you have got to do better ugh .. I even gave back the messed up food and I even paid for my reorder.

BY FAR THE WORST TACO BELL I’VE EVER BEEN TO….More like Taco HELL!!! Every time I come to this location, I psych myself up by saying “This time will be different”. Unfortunately, I get the same sorry service EVERY time. I literally waited for 15 mins for 1 Chicken Quesadilla and 1 Chicken Chalupa. I drove three the Drive-Thru which also took about 10 mins. After I paid, again this happens every time I visit, they told me to pull forward to wait for my food. I then witness 3 cars behind me get their food before I did which prompted me to walk in to get my food. Never visiting this location again. This was the final straw for me!!!!!

I love ordering the hot spicy potato tacos from here all the time. It’s just annoying how we always have to pull up and wait for the potato tacos because they’re literally never ready. Nor prepared quick enough. But the food still tastes very nice.. the area is a little run down and the service is a little slow like I said, but the food is good.
