Ordered a pizza for pickup. Got home and it was one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten! Ordered a meatball pizza. The crust was dry and hard. The meatballs were so spicy they burned my lips. NOT HAPPY!

I ordered for my kids a hawaiian pizza w/ ham, pinapple, & bacon and received a sausage, pepperoni, & ham. They can’t eat it so I have to eat it day by day. Called the store then put me in hold then hang up the phone twice. Terrible and i won’t be back again.

Ordered 4 XL pizza for pickup. It took 35 minutes to be ready. It was burnt on the bottom. It looked, smelled, and tasted burnt, but the cheese wasn’t fully melted. The manager offered to remake, but didn’t have time. They just refunded. We have ordered from here once before and it was great. Don’t know which one is the fluke…

We order pizza almost every Sunday. Mary was our delivery driver one time. Mary was so nice. Since that 1st Sunday she delivers our pizza most of the time. She is the best delivery driver for Papa John’s. Papa John’s has a great employee right here. Thank you Mary you’re the BEST!!!!

Buyer Beware. Location advertises $9.99 large single topping on their website and emails but when u order it really is $10.49. Very shady to think u won’t notice. Cooks don’t cut pizza all the way so have to cut it again. Taste is good.

A disaapoint about 40% of the time. About twice a year we try it again, because the pizza is competitive. Messing up the order is too consistent. Botched the order causing an addituon wait upon pick up, then handed over the wrong pizza, so had to return again. Interfered with what we planned, took about an hour too long to finally get what we ordered, WITHOUT A REFUND OR EVEN AN OFFER OF CONSIDERATION IN ANY FORM OR MANNER. An odd mode of management and customer service for a city like Yukon.
