They have AMAZING food but lack in customer service and workers. I came Sunday evening and ordered 20 wings and 2 burgers and it took an hour. They had 3 cashiers and 1 cook, the cashiers were standing around on their phones, but I have to give it to the cook , he handle it the best he could and food came out great. Would have been nice to receive my food faster though.

The younger darker skinned girl is rude and lazy… she only knows how to ring up certain things and I guess it’s too much for her to ask a coworker how to do it. If you’ve ever called there to order and you know they are open and no one answers I guarantee you she’s there working by herself and just too lazy to answer the phone. The owners just don’t know how much business they are losing because of one person… I will not be back!!

Per the sign on the door and the website, the store closes at 930p. We arrived at 907 and they said they were closed. The lights were on and the door was opened but the guy inside said they were closed. As soon as we drove away, he turned off the lights!! As I type, it’s 915p. Bad business!!! Maybe they don’t want the business. Never again!!

This is my first time eating at this location because I was in the area I love the chamblee tucker location but this one by far is disgusting I almost threw up when I opened my food. I never knew you can burn rice and give it to someone. I must say when I called to complain the guy who answered was very pleasant and was willing to give me a refund but I ordered through door dash thank goodness DoorDash refunded me because this is nasty and I will never order from this location again. Also I didn’t like on DoorDash they didn’t give you an option for special instructions because I wanted lemon pepper wet and I didn’t want eggs or onions in my rice but I was willing to take a risk until I received this mess.

My wife and I placed an order on door dash for pickup, no problem. They said the order would be ready at 640pm we got there at 640pm and it wasn’t ready. That’s understandable but we didn’t get our food until 730om. My wife said that no one apologized for the inconvenience or anything. It was like they could care less. It’s cool, never will spend our money here again. And the food was horrible. Should have went to McDonald’s. Spent over 40 dollars for nothing but they could care less.
