When we came in there was only one person in the line but that changed quickly when it was up to 3 we got in line an associate came back from her break I didn’t see her wash her hands, So when it is my turn I just simply request that she do so…The associate at the counter says that was me and we are required to wash our hands when we return from breaks… HERE is the issue I was looking to see because I am concerned about what goes into my body and cleanliness, at the register she is snippy with me but we make our order I pay and I hear her talking about me to the other associate while we are waiting the Manager comes back our order comes out before any of the people that were ahead of us…..That sums it up I know how hard you work in the first place I have done it for 20 + years and if there is a problem my go to is apologize and then explain…..The Manager apologized I purchased a donut and left it there….

Love the a few core staff, but mostly short and usually really quick when the staff works well together. Sent a manager & a good staff member to Milton store and has been kinda struggling and now the gas station ⛽ is changing it’s pump’s. Works well with the “Vermont Sandwich shop” and the “Mobil” Great store and location. Very Clean. Staff kind, clean and friendly but Professional.

ordered on the app and when we got there wait 5 minutes in a empty dead lobby for them to start making our order we had placed 10 minutes prior. Along with that the weren’t quiet when sitting and complaining about every drink and food piece they had to make. complaining and swearing over each item they had to make we sat for another 10 minutes before we even started to get our order. definitely would reconsider this dunkin and go to a different one

Used to come here regularly, but the last few times has been 15+ minute waits with only 2-3 people in line. Each of the last 3 times I’ve been there has only had 1 guy working and he moves incredibly slowly. The first time I thought it was just morning rush and maybe someone called out, but after several visits I noticed that’s just the norm. You’re better off going to either of the other Dunkin locations on Shelburne Rd. Both of them offer much faster and friendlier service than this one.

Been going here for a few months.. the newer people are slow and don’t even mix your drink..have to ask for napkins to shake it yourself n they hand u 1 napkin!!!! The willian guy is the best and he should be training everyone in there!! He gets my drink right every time! people need to be wearing there masks up over their nostrils as well!

Good place but bad employee. There’s one older woman in there who likes to wear head phones the whole am and messes up orders constantly every day and throws ur bag at u when it’s ready. I highly recommend avoiding this woman unless u want a mess in a bag. But it’s hot at least. So one plus.
