I started out trying to place an order for pick up. I had a car full of young kids and just wanted to pull in and pick up my order and head out. I tried calling for 20 min and no one answered the phone. I settled for Favor, again trying to not get all the kids out, and it took well over an hour. Not because favor was slow. I saw on the app that they were at the store waiting forever. I called the store to get some info, mostly making sure I wasn’t getting cold pizza, and whoever spoke to couldn’t have been more rude. So 2nd time I’ve ordered from this place. Both times, there have been problems. This is the 2nd time. So I ordered the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza combo. Great deal, looks good and you get a soda to boot. Sadly, I did not get the 2 liter soda delivered with my order. So I shrug and think….I don’t need the coke anyway. Pull out the crazy bread except that it’s just bread, it does not have the butter or parmesan on it. Now I’m a little agitated. I check the pizza (at least they got that right). I checked the Deep! Deep! Dish Pepperoni, and sadly, while not affected, the box was closed ON the pizza which shows poor presentation.

The guy at the register was so rude and unprofessional. All I asked was for a clear copy of the tax exempt form I gave him, and he became so defensive. I don’t know if he did not understand my English or he just choose to be difficult. So I left the poor copy of the tax form with him and left. I will never take my business to this place again.

Just left this place, I JUST OPENED MY the jalapeno cheese and there was MOLD in it !!!!!!I highly do not recommend this place, I gave them one star just because the pizza was at least decent. People working there can understand us know we could understand them there was one kid with a man bun and should had it had a fishnet on his hair he was flinging it around as he walked everywhere making pizzas. So not worth the long drive so so grossed out

Tried to order online. Would not accept Corp discount code. Tried to call multiple times and phone was never answered. Went to store and manager would not budge. Stated cheapskate owner would not allow him to give any discounts. Asked him to think outside the box and he told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. I have kids so we eat alot of pizza. We will not be eating at this LC any more. Your refusal to honor a discount of essentially 15% that your website promoted, will cost you a family of 5’s 3 times a month worth of business. Do the math on that. Add in negative word of mouth, and negative reviews on multiple sites. Would not recommend to a friend. -Daren

I placed my order online for pickup. When I arrived at the time specified It was not ready. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When it was ready the pizza came out wrong. I explained the pizza was for my children and I could not have jalapenos on it. They offered a refund or they could remake it. I did not have time to wait any longer I was already running late because I had to wait In the 1st place. I asked for anything else that had no jalapenos they said I had to pay for an extra pizza even though it was not my Mistake. This is not the 1st time this happens. I have had to wait several times before for them to remake it but this time I was in a Hurry and had to drop off food for my kids. This is unacceptable! Worst customer service ever!!
