It’s been a year since I ordered from papa John’s at this location in particular as it’s near me. And it’s the worse dang one I’ve ever dealt with. Just like they did a year ago they gave me raw crust flimsy pizza that falls apart. I called and let them know and he asked if I want a new one or refund. I asked for a new one that’s well done so this doesn’t happen again and the new one came 45min later WORSE then the first one they messed up, it also tasted rancid idk what they did to it. But I have children to feed this is not cool. I am posting it on social media also. Like how do you give pizza like that to your customers when you definitely wouldn’t eat it yourself I wouldn’t even give my dog a taste LOL gross.

Ordered pizza for my toddler son, which Never arrived. I went outside to wait for the driver to pull up because he was already 10 minutes late which alreadyconcerned me. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, (I figured they left the store late and as long as my pizza was fresh I could excuse the timing) my phone died so I went inside to charge it. My IPhone Cut on in less than 2 minutes, and I proceeded to call the store and ask about my order. To my disappointment my order had been cancelled and the excuse I was told was the driver knocked at my door and no one answered. Which is a complete lie, and it’s sad they didn’t own up to their mistakes. Get better staff if that’s the problem, but don’t blame the customer for lack of effort from your team. I will not be returning. We ate McDonalds.

The pizza was very good and I would definitely go back. The Manager last night violated Federal Laws when myself as a customer went in to order some food to go. Additionally he was rude to me being in violation of federal laws, discriminated against me, verbally and emotionally abusing his position to try and bully myself by lying about the services my Licenced Animal provides for me. I am sad to see we are living in the days of abusive Men abusing women, children and their service animal all to Glorify and make themselves look better than someone else of a different gender.
