This Arby’s is MUCH better than it was a few months ago. Back then it was loud, not real clean, and had employees playing around and yelling more than working. They were even throwing things at each other from behind the counter to out in the customer area. The floor was sticky everywhere.

The worker I ordered from was civil, not rude or friendly, almost indifferent. My order was missing 3 of the 4 sandwiches that were ordered and the fries were cold. Luckily I checked the bag before I left. I went back in and again the workers were polite and fixed it, but were busy trying to blame one and other right in front of me. I’m not interested in who’s fault it was, everyone makes mistakes, but please just fix it and apologize so I can be on my way.
