The chicken was horrible. No flavor and looked like old chicken. Was dry and overcooked. The rolls were hard and the fried okra had no taste. I love Hartz but will not go to this location again. The jalapeños were good though.

This place is horrible! Arrived at high noon and the buffet wasn’t even half ready. The food was cold, the little that was set out. And the Asian lady caught an attitude when we asked for chicken, rolls and gizzards. None of this was on the table! Won’t eat here again, that’s for sure.

The person who serves there is an Asian woman, arrogant, the buffet lacks food and it’s cold, the little they have, everything is tasteless, it doesn’t have ice, and if you want drinks she brings you in a jug, inside there are bugs, some small animals at the tables, I was hot from that place but I think they changed management, and the attention, food and hygiene was very bad and this was my last time in this place, for the price the BUFFET is worth the BEST GOLDEN CORRAL, OR FAMILY CHINESE BUFFET or any other less there, it is fatal

I grew up in the area and always came here to eat , but as a teenager I moved away to Dallas and when I would have the chance to come back and eat here I would and over the years the food was real good until today that I’m in town with my wife and kids and our nephew , so we came in around 6 pm and the mash potatoes tasted sour and the rice did as well and even the rolls tasted real bad , I had to stop my family from tasting the food to avoid food poisoning!! The Asian lady that was there didn’t want to return our money becuz she said that we tasted the food which we had to try it to know that it was bad and could’ve ended up in the hospital…horrible place and horrible management!!!

Ordered a 24 piece tenders meal. Fries cold and limp, no salt. Shorted me a side item of ocra. Chicken tenders were like oversized nuggets. Costed me 45 dollars, I’ve bought Hartz for years. This was first time at this location. Tried to call to discuss my concerns, no answer, just kept getting hung up on. Do not eat at this Hartz, Porter or Cleveland branch are 100% better.
