We drove up to Tennessee from Huntsville to check out The Campbell Station, after finding it online. Just 4 friends who like to find new places to have lunch, and the drive to these places are always a plus too.

Extremely friendly, wonderful high quality meal. Attention to detail was upfront. Had the frog legs, white beans and slaw. My father had the ribeye, which was awesome and as big as the plate! Highly recommend the scenic drive up to this place! Also get a fried pie. Definitely!

Such a fun place. Steaks aren’t Kane Prime quality but love their marinate and the portion size is big enough to get your moneys worth. Great people, fun atmosphere!

We stumbled upon Campbell Station by accident while enjoying the scenic back roads. I knew we had to make the stop. We were greeted warmly and John was quick to welcome us. We only had the apple hand pies but they were delicious. We can’t wait to visit again and have supper.

Hidden gem!!!! The ribeye was fantastic! Super friendly staff, owner/cook came out and asked about our meal and how we were doing. He gave us some history on the building and was just genuinely kind. Like stepping back in time! So quaint, Loved it!

Absolutely amazing food! We had the rib-eye (cooked to perfection), hamburger steaks (with gravy, which is incredible), delicious green beans and some appetizers. I highly recommend stopping in for some out of this world food.

After hearing about this place, we decided to check it out and so glad we did. Ordered 2 ribeyes with sides and mozzarella sticks to start. Food came out quickly and was delicious!!! The steak was tender, had great seasoning, cooked perfectly and was as big as the plate. We each got the creamed corn, then green beans and a baked potato were the other sides. They didn’t disappoint either. On the way out, we got a fried apple pie to go. It might be a little drive for some to get to this little gem, but well worth it. We will be back!!

Love this place! It’s a very little hole in the wall country restaurant with a lot of old-time antique decor all over the walls. John is SUPER sweet and likes to get to know all of his customers. They are only open Friday and Saturday – yes they take reservations for large & small groups. There’s a separate room that’s decorated differently for groups and overflow seating. Known for their HUGE steaks and AMAZING catfish and TASTY desserts (fried pie is very popular). I wish they had fountain soda, but they only serve soda drinks from bottles. Sweet tea is a favorite. They also sell classic t-shirts featuring their storefront… any time you wear the shirt into their restaurant, you get a free dessert!!! I’ve been here several times and will continue to take friends there when they’re visiting us from out of town.
