It definitely isn’t fine dining, but this Five Guys is a nice place to stop for a quick burger and fries. The fries are really the best part. When they’re hot, they’re so so so so good. Burgers are fast food with more topping options. If you’ve got style you’ll make a good one.

I loved the service but the burger was pricey for the size and the presentation. The onions were like baby teeth and bacon was crumbled. The bread was soggy. Hopefully the next visit would be better. I loved the peanuts though!

First time to a 5 Guys and probably my last. Ordered online, went to pick it up at the time the app said to but it wasn’t ready and they were slammed busy, kinda felt bad for them. The guy said okay 8 more minutes but 45 minutes go by and I ask again, they say they have no ticket for me. I said okay I’m done, it’s cool I get it, stuff happens can you give me a refund? They said they couldn’t because I did it online and nobody seemed concerned at all about it even though they just stole $50 from me essentially. I had to go through a 60 day process with PayPal to get my money back. The location did reach out to me and told me they would look into the situation but they never did as far as I know. I was yelled at by another customer for politely asking if he knew what was happening and I literally left in tears. Absolutely awful. Aside from that, I don’t get how the food is so expensive and the service is so bad. There’s no way it’s worth that. SMH. I hope they close and it turns into something else there.

When the food arrived, my boyfriend took one bite out of his burger and pulled this out of his mouth. When I tried to call the 2026 Ford Pkwy Location and speak to the manager, he told me that everyone had their hairnets on, which obviously they didn’t. He then proceeded to tell me that my story sounded like a lie because nobody had that kind of hair that I described. This is unprofessional and disgusting and this should not be okay.
