Poor customer service! Leaving inexperienced cashiers at the front, don’t know how to use the latest apps such Apple pay..etc. I was 2nd in line to order behind a kid that didn’t have enough money, they took the cash he had while he goes out to his mom to get more money. He comes back in 2-3 min later with a phone to pay with apple pay. The kid has no clue how to use it and neither did the cashier. Cashier asks manager for help, tells the kid he needs a code.. The kid to goes back outside to the car for another 2-3 minutes to see if his mom can give him the code. Meanwhile I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes to order when they should’ve cancelled it and moved on. The cashier apologized but I asked him to cancel it and have the kid reorder, but he just looked at me scared and confused on what to do! Management did nothing to help this situation at the register. Finally I walked out and will not be back there and will advise my family and friends to do the same! I will go to the little drive Thru by home depot or LaPlata!

So I didn’t sleep the other day and I took the van Gogh from Indian head to Waldorf and as soon as I saw the Burger King I was like you know what I’m getting hungry and I went over there for breakfast I had a sausage egg and cheese croissan’wich meal with one of those fancy diet Cokes I tried the raspberry one first and I wasn’t impressed so when I got a refill before leaving I got my old default the cherry vanilla food was really good hardly anybody there very quick service no problems in there

Aside from the fact that every time I come here my order is almost always wrong. Today took the cake! There is a young man working the drive thru window. My order came to $6.36. I gave him 4 $1 bills, 8 quarters, 3 dimes a nickel and a penny. It has been 20 years since I’ve been out of school but I am certain that it totaled the exact amount. Not only did it take him SEVERAL MINUTES to count the 12 coins but he ended up giving me .25 cents back!!!! So my point is this. If schools are not teaching young people how to count actual money anymore then please provide some kind of training before putting them at the window!

Went here and placed an order through Drive once I pulled up to the window I realized I did not have my wallet OMG however I told them I would be back ” I’m pretty sure they didn’t believe me! However, a few minutes I was back I’m a person who keeps her promise so I replaced the order at drive-through and the gentleman was amazed to see me “omg you did come back” lol. Now the food was nice and yummy for my tummy the service was great as for the atmosphere (drive thew it was great.

The line was moving slow and the kid at the window did not acknowledge us at all. We sat there for 5mn while the food was sitting there, then another kid came around grabbed the wrong drink and passed it to us, I kindly repeated my order and said that is not my drink. He apologized and went back around asking what my order was, returned and grabbed the two bags that were sitting on the counter by window. Then had to go make my kid’s drink.
