This location isn’t always open when advertised. They have decent food, but they sometimes get my order wrong. They usually don’t open @1030am, but after 11. I sat at their drive thru waiting but the sign said closed. The hours here just aren’t reliable and you never know if they’re open or closed.

Food is not the freshest and is poorly put together. Every time I go I have to wait a long time to get someone to help me and then my food is thrown together. This was my favorite location 3 years ago and now I a kid it like the plague. I wish when bueno closed locations they closed this one.

Went to get some food. At 8:30p.m. the lobby was closed, no big deal. Went to the drive thu ordered my food, and she repeated my order, no big deal. As soon as we leave noticed the food was wrong. No big deal. Went to the drive thu, and I asked for my order to be fixed. The woman told me I messed up, not her. WOW, what great customer service. Got to the window she was very rude again. I told her my order again, and she tried to charge me she said I was wrong and had to charge. I asked for her managers name, and she said she was the manager. I then asked for her name, and she told me to figure it out. She asked for the food back and then tossed it at me. I threw the food back. She then stated she was going to call the cops on me and that she wasn’t serving me. So, I tossed my drink back at her as well. Whoever this woman needs to be fired and never work in the hospitality industry again.

This location is basically open or closed whenever it wants to be – they do not follow the advertised hours. I’d understand on a weeknight but closing early on a Saturday night? They should sell their location to a franchisee who actually wants to make money.

Taco bueno was my favorite place to eat till now I just ordered some steak tacos and the my food was burnt and old I show the food to the shift manager and I said look it’s burned she yelled at me and she said do you want another one I said no because it takes 25 minutes to bring my food and was for dining not to go and look it’s burned she said what ever 9:00 at Hebron parkway & hway 121
