Honestly one of the worst Arby’s I’ve been to in a long time. Food is of normal quality, but if you want anything other than unfriendly, unhelpful and long waits then don’t come here. I ordered a large order and politely asked for some sauce, to be looked in the eyes as I was given one of each of the two sauces I ordered and the worker to then turn her back without even a have a nice day or a thanks.. being told “you asked for a sauce” when I asked for a little more. Mind you I was the only person in the store so they were not busy in the slightest. Unfortunate that the service is so awful for the only Arby’s around as I enjoy the food. I will definitely be coming here less as a result.

Coming from Missouri, this Arby’s SLAPS! Everything tasted great. The cashier wearing glasses, Leslie, was so sweet and friendly. We really liked his upbeat and cheerful personality. He brightened up the establishment and made it welcoming. It was a great first impression of Arkansas.

I don’t go often because of the distance, but I went today and I was only in a line of three other cars. When I got to the speaker, the employee asked us to wait for a moment. After listening to two songs on the radio without response, we finally asked if he was there, they responded and we went to the window now that the line was empty. We were asked to pull forward since our order wasn’t ready and we timed it this time. It took 17 minutes for them to bring out our food, just for it to be cold. It was not a large order, only a few regular roast beef and large mozzarella sticks.
