First time here. Mac and cheese was good. Do you serve cold bo berry biscuits at this location all the time? Please teach your workers how to heat products up. I received a cold product and had to wait for them to reheat it. The staff looked at me like I was crazy for asking for it hot. While the box was warm, the reheated product was still not warm.

The only issue i did have was employees sitting in the dining room bad mouthing the company while customers are eating. I understand that in fast food, you get frustrated, but you can’t let the customers hear every single detail of your conversation especially when its extremely negative & Rude

I will never return back to this Bojangles at night time. I placed my order on online at 7:05pm and when I finally got it @ 8:26pm. It wasn’t even what I ordered . They should have been terminated on the d… spot. If I was the health inspector I’d have closed their doors immediately after. This was the most horrible experience I have ever experienced with any restaurant. If I could have given them a -100 stars tonight. I literally had to call inside to get them to bring my order out then they tell me they can’t find it. Wow did that really set me off. And yet they had over an hour to get it cooked and delivered to me. Where it should have only taken them 36 minutes. They even gavel me half gallon jugs not tea but Pepsi and Mountain Dew like really who does this. And thought it was funny. These employees should never work again because costumer’s satisfaction is a must not a maybe later.

I don’t recommend this restaurant to eat breakfast.. I do not understand how you have a store in the heart of Lumberton, and do not serve grits as a breakfast option!! The big breakfast platter would surely increase your revenue in the mornings. Went inside and I seen a hundred lunch items on the board with a 15 inch by 21 inch at best area of breakfast options. I past 10 franchise restaurants and all them had lines out to the highway but Bojangles this location has 2 cars in parking lot and no one eating inside or in drive thru..
