We left without ordering because staff focused on drive through, the menu wasn’t lit, a customer was the one who gave us the one worn laminated menu and after 5 minutes the person packaging meals in front of us who looked at us didn’t acknowledge us. It smelled funny. Added a star for their support of local sports teams in the past.

Zaxby’s is a staple if you want chicken. I got a signature chicken sandwich combo today. The chicken was juicy and crispy. Pickles add a nice touch to it. The fries are seasoned just right and were fresh. Not too salty. I ate this meal quick. The drive thru was quick and the staff prompt and polite. Prices are above average but the quality is worth it. We’ll be back again.

Got the Asia salad at Franklin restaurant was not as good or as big as the Shelbyville Zaxby. Couldn’t order extra egg rolls and customer service was not great act like it was hurting them to wait on you. Won’t be back

I’ve had several bad experiences over the years at this location. Tonight I ordered fried pickles and french fries. The pickles were fine but the fries had barely been cooked, I ate two of them and threw the rest in the trash. Such a waste of money.

My husband and I were traveling through Nashville on our way home from a trip. Usually we love Zaxby’s but this time we had terrible service. My Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich came with no buffalo sauce on it at all, just the white sauce. I didn’t even get an apology when I went up and pointed it out to the person behind the counter. She only gave me one small container of sauce. Then when I asked for two more she only gave me one and told me that they usually charge for extra sauce. They made the mistake, I shouldn’t have to pay for it! Also my plate with fries sat in the window for a while before my sandwich was prepared so by the time I got my plate, they were cold. These people must have been the b team because they don’t know how to correct a mistake while making the customer happy.

Order your food at the counter. They call a # for you to pick up your order. Food was just so so. I did not even eat my chicken fingers. Tasteless and dry. The bread they give you is also tasteless and dry. The sweet tea was good. Should have ordered the salad.
