Ordered to dine in at 1:30 p.m., got food order 2:00 p.m., but ended up taking out. Our food order wasn’t processed after we placed order, got our beverages though. Waited 20 to 25 minutes for food and one burger wasn’t made like we asked. We like Wendy’s food. Sorry, I don’t like giving negative reviews about anyone or anyplace. If it be possible, just like to see some positive changes there, just please help them.

We got meals for a family of 5, me and my husband ordered the triple bourbon burger meal and the triple baconator meal, got home and seen we got 2 dave’s doubles instead called up there and told them… told us to come back and they would fix it and when we got back home ready to eat it was the exact same 2 dave’s double’s again!! INCREDIBLY slow service. 15 to 20 minute wait. Not friendly. As I sat waiting, again, at the payment window, I could see a young mail worker pulling fries from one bow to another and then touching his face with his gloves. Nobody was hustling. Haven’t eaten yet, so no rating on the food.

Incredibly slow. I come here pretty frequently to pick up orders and its just terrible. They somehow have more staff then the one by the interstate, but take twice as long. Make the drive, it will save you time. 4 cars in front of me in a drive through and it takes 25 minutes to get food. I never have been and never will be one of those people who think fast food workers have it “easy” but come ON. We ordered 3 4 for $4’s and each were entirely wrong. Two JBC’s with honey mustard as the sauce, one crispy chicken sandwich add pickles. Neither of the JBC’s had bacon but one randomly had an onion and there were no sauces, and the sandwich did not have pickles. We also upgraded all 3 to medium fries but all 3 were jr’s that weren’t even filled. Mine had 12 fries in it We’ve given this location a few chances since we live behind it, but we are disappointed every time and we hear similar stories from others in town. Hopefully this review will save someone else and help the workers realize we appreciate them helping with our dinner when we’re in a rush, but would appreciate them even more if an order was right just ONE time.
