Really bad experience this evening. They were out of everything, and had a sign on the door indicating no guac or salsa at 7:45pm. The burrito was super small for both me and my partner and for $23? My burrito also contained corn and peppers though they were not asked for. When I asked her which burrito was which she said, oh I don’t know after she stepped away. Then she asked another guy to unwrap them to see which one was which. But mostly unhappy with the lack of customer service especially when I said they’re super small.

Place is not clean. Staff is rude. They didn’t have any forks. Burrito was assembled incorrectly and just squeezed into a small roll that is half the width of a normal burrito. All the Chiptole in the area have bad reviews, it’s unfortunate since I do like the chain.

My burrito bowel was delicious now they actually gave me meat, eventhough I paid for double this time. I actually got what I paid for. They hardly gave us any chips that we paid for, smh my bag hardly had any thank god I had Tostitos at home

Food was amazing as always. Everything tasted fresh. Only complaint was they said they didn’t have any small bags of chips, only large…..couldn’t you just split a large into 2 or 3 small bags? Other than that, ALL GOOD!!!

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I walked in this location on August 29th at 7:40pm. There was one single person on the line and multiple people arguing in the kitchen. The person that was on the line by themselves went to sit down as soon as me and my party walked in. We stood there for about 5 minutes before she got back up to greet the person before us. The people in the kitchen poked their head out and offered no help. As soon as the lady finished the order of the person before me, she went to the kitchen and yelled at them for help. About a minute later she walked out, no one helped so we walked out. There was another party of 5 people after us. The restaurant was FILTHY! the pictures speak for themselves & the customer service was the worst I’ve ever had at any chipotle. The bar was below ground on this one.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Service was testable. The girl acted like I was terrible for coming in and ordering food. I mean how dare I make her work. Not friendly what so ever and as you can see she didn’t care about how my food was put together. It completely fell apart after a couple bites.
